We want you to be completely happy with the items you purchase from Peterson Farms, so we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Peterson Farms product, you can return it and receive an exchange, replacement or refund for the full cost of the item (minus shipping).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is a problem with your order (missing an item, sent the wrong item, package didn’t arrive, etc.) please e-mail us at cmclouth@petersonfarmsinc.com or call customer service at 231-861-7101 ext 223 between 8am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. We will replace the item or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Allergen Warning: Packaged in a facility that also packs milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts and peanuts.
Dried fruits are a natural ingredient and may contain an occasional pit or pit fragment.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped by UPS from our Shelby, MI location. We make every attempt to ship orders the same day or next day. However, there may be certain times of the year this is not possible due to high volume. Orders placed at the end of the week may be shipped on the following Monday due to warm weather conditions.
We ship daily Monday thru Friday (except holidays) with UPS and offer the following shipping options:
- UPS Ground – The estimated delivery time will be 5-10 day from the time of the order.
- 2 Day UPS Express – 2 business day guarantee.
- Overnight – Next day delivery.
UPS delivers only to physical street addresses and NOT to a PO Box address. Please include as much address information as possible especially when shipping to commercial addresses.
NOTE: During the warm weather months, for orders containing chocolate, we reserve the option to ship orders in packaging with proven warm weather containers. This ensures your order will arrive in high quality condition.
After we ship your order, UPS will send confirmation by e-mail with your UPS tracking number for you to be able to see approximately where your package is by going to www.ups.com.
Payment Options
You can pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or your PayPal account. We do not ship COD.

In the course of business, we obtain personal information about you, such as your address, email address, phone number and what you purchase from us. Your personal information is yours and yours alone. We do not sell, rent, give away or otherwise share our customer lists.
